God was not content to proclaim His Message.  God wasn’t satisfied that prophets could reveal His message.  God wasn’t willing that His Message be confined to a book.  No.  God’s Message was found in Jesus.  God became human flesh to live as one of us.  This made grace accessible, touchable, and available to us.  Yet even in human skin and burdened with being human, God’s glory could not be hidden.  Grace and truth was revealed in Jesus.  God came near.  God became touchable.  God’s message became real.

 

This is the message of Mobile Missions Network.  Just as Jesus “moved into the neighborhood”, as Christ’s representatives, God has called us to go to people and persuade them to return to Him (2 Corinthians 5:18-20).

We go where the church has not yet laid a foundation and our goal is to bridge the lost to the church.  “I set a goal to preach the gospel, not where Christ’s name was already known, so that I would not build on another man’s foundation but as it is written, ‘They who had no news of Him shall see, and they who have not heard of Him shall understand.”
